Lied to by Choice Home Medical Equipment

My wife had surgery done on her foot and was in need of a knee scouter for the recovery period after the surgery. We went to Choice to rent the scouter on a monthly basis renewable at the beginning of each rental month.

However, if you brought the scouter back before the end of the rental period, you would be credited the prorated time left within the rental month. I was told this at the initial rental date and when we renewed the rental for the second month. After utilizing the scouter for 20 days into the second month, we returned the scouter. Upon delivering the scouter to the shop, the owner would not reimburse the unused portion of the month contrary to the before stated policy.

When we confronted the owner with prorated month policy he flatly denied it.

He essentially LIED to us before.

DO NOT RUST THESE PEOPLE - THEY WILL LIE AND CHEAT YOU !!!!
